Weight loss through running?
Not really into the whole gym scene anymore so i thought i would just take it back to the basics ‘running and stretching’ maybe a little dumbbell exercises every now and then. I use to run 3 miles a day but that was 40 pounds ago but i”m trying to get back into it. i say run 4 to 5 times a week and cut all the junk out of my diet might even bring some resistantance bands to work. Hoping to rid myself of at least 10 pound by the end of the month more would be great lol.
Anything else i should do? and any tips to keep it up? I’m sure trying to run 5 times a week is harder than trying to quit smoking. lol
Some weight exercises would help. You can do with your own bodyweight such as sit up, push ups, lunges with dumbells, uphill running.
Weight training helps you to build muscles, which in turn makes you able to accomplish more. There’s quite a good read from a blog:
