Diet vegetable juices?
I have a juicer at home, and i am on a diet. I have read about the vegetable juice diet, but i don’t think that it’s very good for sustainable weight loss.
I want some recipes for vegetable juices or any other diet drinks other than water. I already drink like 2 liters of water as part of my balanced, low-calorie diet. They can include any fruits and vegetables EXCEPT CELERY. I would drink them with a small meal for lunch, so maybe the drink, 1/2 a yellow pepper, 10cm cucumber and 50g hummus.
Im 15, 5ft6 and just under 152lb.
Im on a diet for my prom in 2 weeks and i have been dieting for about 1 year, on and off and have lost nearly 20lb. Because it is for prom, it CAN’T make my skin break out or bloat me, my dress is a little tight (hence the diet).

there is nothing different from eating the vegetables than drinking them.. also you will get good fiber from eating them whole instead of filtering out the veggie muck in your juicer…
fiber helps push out the toxins and stuff in your body… helps you to loose weight..
and protein.. dont forget this.. I dont know if you are a vegetarian, but you need protein to fuel your muscles.. and good lean muscles burn more calories than fatty tissues.. so you want to build this up in replacement of the fat tissue.. .. so if you are a vegetarian. get your beans, seeds, and nuts in..
