Hello. I understand your desire to lose weight. In my opinion, personal experience, you're trying a diet that will be very difficult for you to maintain. Obviously, a whole "raw food" diet to organic would be ideal. However, it is not feasible for most people. I lost 110 pounds and has maintained. This is what he did. First, I thought of my own strengths and weaknesses. I knew I could give up sweets, but I also knew that if I was really hungry I'll eat! Therefore, I looked AA group diet plans. Some (Jenny Craig) can be good for some people, but will not work for me. Not enough food. The one I chose was called "Medical Weight Loss Clinic" - I think is owned by "Diet Center", but I do not know if the same program. This plan of diet, I ate a lot of food but the food was all very healthy. The other thing I liked is that it was balanced. I had some carbohydrate with each meal. But they were "high impact" carbs (no white flour or sugar). This was easy to maintain … and taught me to eat in a way that I was able to change once he had lost weight. I was then able to maintain weight. Breakfast was a a bowl of fiber and half a cup of milk and half a banana. I had five small protein shakes a day. However, lunch and dinner were very abundant, large bowls of broccoli or vegetables, a serving of meat (without fat), a large salad, popcorn or rice or some other carbohydrate / starch (Small amount) a source of fat (not much, but some - who needs a bit).
